🔹 Technical Steps of the Project:
◾ Lip/Bottom preparation: 120/30 mm thick, the preparation will ensure excellent welding quality.
◾ Chamfer filling: Methodology mastered by our welding expert to ensure a perfect union between lip and sidewalls for maximum strength.
◾ Finishing: the final passes are meticulously applied to ensure maximum strength. The new welded lip is finally ready to face the extreme conditions it will encounter…

🔹 Fitting and Welding of the New ESCO Lip:
◾ ESCO lip assembly: an important step in the pre-welding process.
◾ Fitting the new ESCO Lip / Bottom / Sidewalls: the sidewalls will be installed after the lip that will have been assembled on the bottom.
◾ Welding: this part follows a procedure specific to Haladjian in order to avoid during bucket work any cracking that may appear during contact with the mineral material.

Some time ago, we talked about 3 buckets 22m³ for 6040 FS (430 t). Each bucket is equipped with Esco NEMISYS ESCO N1 tips, N1 lip shrouds. After delivery, installation and technical inspection, One of them is working.

What are the profits for the customer ?

• Avoid any cracks in the side wall visor.

• Increase machine performances in terms of production rate, maintenance downtimes.

Step one on manufacturing plant

After reception of cast lip from Italy plant, manufacturing of visor and backdoor on Chinese Esco manufacturing plant. And packaging and loading from manufacturing plant.

What we did ?

• Disassembly of the OEM bucket (visor and backdoor).

• Assembly of Esco visor on Esco backdoor.

• Fixing on the machine n°1 completed:

Next Step: bucket number 2 to be assembled the same way and to be fixed on machine FS002. Bucket number 3 will be for spare.

We send you mining component unit shipped for quick change out and customer core is send to Haladjian rebuild center. We repair and service to OEM specifications for next customer

Esco tooth and shroud systems

Haladjian Mining is an Esco official distributor of all type of mining equipment such as mining engine parts, mining shrouds, mining excavator buckets, etc. We are proud of being able to provide to all our clients the Esco Ultra Edge LHD Lip system. A shroud system that sets high standards in underground LHD applications with a sophisticated and well-designed lip configuration.

This underground mining lip system increases the shroud lifespan by 66 % and generates up to 25% reduction in operating costs of ground engaging tools. Recently in West Africa, one of our clients with a contract agreement was delighted to see arriving brand new and reliable esco mining equipment. After having received seventeen ESCO Corporation lips assembly and one bucket, we were able to quickly organize the conversion of his entire fleet with the less possible impacts on his mining operations. The planning of this fleet conversion was left to us.

The contract agreement included:

• All buckets’ lips assembly installation by our expert’s welders flying team.
• A 2-year contract for the supply of GET, cutting edges (dozers, graders) and undercarriage with setting up of a consignment stock on site.
• And a full-time technician on site for inspections of buckets, undercarriage and for stock management.

Thanks to our mining experts and to Haladjian Mining ties in West Africa, all took place in accordance with the plan.  The client was able to have quickly to his disposal esco tooth and lips systems.
