Who is she? 🕵️ Chaimae has a high level diploma in International Business and has decided to put her skills at the service of the mining industry. In our organization she’s managing our Area managers trips and monitoring our customers portfolio. She therefore takes care of our mining experts that are spread all around Africa and countries like Ivory Coast, Burkina Faso, Mali, and Mauritania for example. She also deals with management and logistics issues related to the assistance and supply we provide to the mining industry directly on site. She is also in charge of the budgets and manages all our tenders. And finally, Chaimae coordinates our logistic with our bounded wharehouses in Burkina Faso and Senegal. Great infrastructures that allow Haladjian Mining to react efficiently whenever a client needs expertise and equipment on their mining production pits.
Even if mining can be consider like a man’s world, she has found her place: she does her job with passion and has build on real interest for the mining industry!

Recently a client missioned our team of welding experts to work on their mining equipment. The goal was to proceed to the conversion of Sandvik LH621 underground buckets. The mission took place in our mining welding workshop where our experts worked with all the equipment and support needed.

After having received seventeen ESCO Corporationlips assembly and one bucket, we were able to quickly organize the conversion of his entire fleet with the less possible impacts on his mining operations. The planning of this fleet conversion was left to us.
The contract agreement included:
All buckets’ lips assembly installation by our expert’s welders flying team.
A 2-year contract for the supply of GET, cutting edges (dozers, graders) and undercarriage with setting up of a consignment stock on site.
And a full-time technician on site for inspections of buckets, undercarriage and for stock management.
Thanks to our mining experts and to Haladjian Mining ties in West Africa, all took place in accordance with the plan. The client was able to have quickly to his disposal esco tooth and lips systems.
