🙌 Machine performance does not rely solely on component quality. It begins with accurate diagnostics and a thorough analysis of actual wear conditions. To further strengthen this expertise, our teams receive hands-on training directly in the field, working alongside machines operating under real mining conditions. 👉 Organized at one of our customer sites in Senegal, this technical training program is delivered through several sessions within the mining operation and across the customer’s equipment fleet. On site, our colleague Clément Coulibaly, supported by Sébastien RIQUE, trainer for this first session, is developing advanced skills in:

✔️ Undercarriage wear measurements and Complete Track System (CTS) inspection
✔️ Bucket wear measurements and dimensional analysis

👉 Objective: convert wear measurements into reliable diagnostics and high-value technical recommendations for our customers.

Already highly skilled in welding, Clément is expanding his technical expertise to strengthen his analytical capabilities and deliver an even higher level of field-based technical advisory.
