Meet Vincent Soulema, our Mining Area Managers for West Africa.Vincent is part of our mining experts who help you find the best products and services of the mining industry, a real industrial engineer.

Vincent is an industrial engineer, but he is also passionate about everything that is closely or remotely related to mining, construction, and environment.

To grow professionally, Vincent joined Haladjian in 2018 as Mining Area Manager and today, is in charge of Burkina-Faso, Guinea and Niger.

Thanks to his mining expertise especially in products like mining wear parts or mining mechanical parts and in services like mining component rebuild, Vincent is now able to implement technical, logistical, and organizational mining solutions to support his customers in their mining production performance objectives. On the family of products, and the range of services offered by Haladjian Mining, he can propose to customers technical and economical solutions to reduce operating costs and increase the availability rate of machines like mining drilling machines or mining ground engaging tools for example. His presence in the field is invaluable for our teams as he can carry out a project and interventions on a mining site, on a technical, human, and economic level.

On a typical day, Vincent plays an important role with our customers . He develops customer mining projects and proposes the most appropriate solutions to ensure their production and customer satisfaction.

His little secret?

He is a fan of mining machines! But he has a little favorite… It is the 6020B hydraulic excavator. We’ll introduce you to it in a future article 😊

We have selled 2 generator sets of 500KVA for one of our customer in Guinea.

Those generators will power supplied the camp, administration, and workshop in a remote area for a mining project on Nimba mountain in Guinea.
New and well packed, the generators are ready to be shipped.

Our Rebuild Program helps you to extend the component life by meeting the same safety, quality and rentability as a new engine.
Haladjian is equipped to rebuild and test all component of largest equipment.
The process handled by Haladjian:
✔️ Our Logistic department brings the components to our Rebuild center in France
✔️ Our technician team inspects the component, beginning with a thorough cleaning of every component and ending with rigorous testing to ensure quality, information that are gathered in a report
✔️The component is ready to go back home with a 1-year warranty.
